I appreciated George's support during a 'follow-up' service call on June 15. George took the time to inspect the newly installed HVAC system's performance and listened to our concerns regarding apparent weak cooling performance and excessive buzzing noise from the compressor unit. George discovered poor heat exchange performance and low coolant in the system. When more fully charged, the noise level of the compressor was reduced and the system's cooling performance was improved. I appreciated George's patience and willingness to explain the system's performance, the work he conducted and his care of assuring our concerns were resolved.
